Welcome to Royal World India.
We are driven by Moto of Quality and timely delivery
of moulds for our esteemed customers. Henceforth
almost all work done for making a mould is done by
CNC machines.Also the artwork for a sole is as
important as the technical of the mould. Therefore
the art and craft of the mould is given special
attention so that each sole has its unique style.We
provide shoe sole moulds for various compounds
that includes TPR, PU, Rubber , PVC, PVC airmix
TPU, Hot & Cold and EVA. We also make TPR
double color sole moulds. Also we provide PU Dip
shoe and slipper moulds, PVC shoe and slipper
Moulds , eva slipper and shoe moulds, airmix shoe
and slipper moulds. Designing facility for soles is
also available.
Involved & Manufacturing
ROYAL WORLD is involved in manufacturing a huge compilation of Footwear Moulding Die, Rubber Moulding Die, Injection Moulding Die, etc. Manufactured making use of supreme in class material and progressive tools; these are in conformism with the guidelines defined by the market. Along with this, these are tested on a set of norms prior final delivery of the order. We also provide the Shoe Sole Designing Service. We are maintaining accuracy level of 0.5mm. For this we are using 3d scanner and microscribe which have accuracy of less than 0.2mm. Before Dispatching the moulds we make sure all the dimensions are within tolerance and the customer gets the sole perfect in first goI am glad to introduce Royal World.
